    Welcome to IQDA Soft. By using our website (www.iqdasoft.com) and purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

    2. Products & Services

    IQDA Soft sells QuickBooks lifetime license software to customers located in the United States.
    Each purchase includes:

    • A digital delivery sent to your registered email (license key, activation code, and download link).

    • A physical USB shipment via USPS containing the software installer.

     

    3. Pricing & Taxes

    • All prices displayed on our website are in USD.

    • Applicable taxes are included in the listed product price.

    • We reserve the right to update product prices at any time. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by such changes.

     

    4. Orders & Order Cut-Off

    • Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri) are processed on the same business day.

    • Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

     

    5. Payments

    We accept the following secure payment methods:

    • All major credit and debit cards

    • Apple Pay

    • Google Pay

    All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

     

    6. Shipping & Delivery

    • Orders are shipped via USPS.

    • Delivery time is typically up to 3 business days.

    • Tracking details are provided once the package has been dispatched.

    • We currently ship only within the United States.

     

    7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

    • Returned items must be new, unused, and unactivated.

    • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is approved.

    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

    • We do not accept exchanges.

    8. Cancellations

    Orders can be cancelled before shipment or email delivery. Once the license is sent digitally or physically shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

     

    9. Limitation of Liability

    IQDA Soft is not responsible for:

    • Incorrect email addresses or shipping addresses provided by the customer.

    • Delays caused by USPS or other carriers.

    • Incompatibility of software with customer hardware or systems.

     

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
