At IQDA Soft, we aim to deliver your software securely and promptly.

1. Delivery Methods

• Digital Delivery: All software license codes, download links, and activation instructions are sent to the customer’s registered email address immediately after purchase.

• Physical Delivery: A USB stick containing the software installer is shipped via USPS to the provided shipping address.

2. Processing & Shipping Time

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day.

• Orders after 1:00 PM PST or on non-business days are processed the next business day.

• USPS delivery takes up to 3 business days.

3. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

• We do not ship internationally.

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping is included in the product price.

• No additional charges apply.

5. Tracking

• USPS tracking details will be provided by email once the order is dispatched.
