At IQDA Soft, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

• The software must be new, unused, uninstalled, and unactivated.

• Returns must include the original USB stick provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or activated software cannot be refunded.

• Digital licenses that have been redeemed or activated are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted to help@iqdasoft.com with order details.

• Once approved, you will be instructed on how to return the physical item.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

• We do not accept product exchanges.

• If you require a different product, you must request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
