1) Accepted Payment Methods
Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay
Processor: All payments are securely processed by Stripe
Not Accepted: Cash, checks, bank transfers, money orders, PayPal, cryptocurrencies, COD
2) Currency, Pricing & Taxes
Currency: All prices and charges are in USD.
Taxes: Included in the displayed product price. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay (no additional tax line items).
Price Changes: Prices may change without notice; confirmed/paid orders are honored.
Pricing Errors: If a pricing/description error occurs, we may cancel and refund the order after notifying you.
3) Billing Descriptor
Your card statement will typically display “IQDA Soft” or “IQDASOFT.COM” as the billing descriptor. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us first so we can help identify it.
4) Authorization, Capture & When You’re Charged
Card Authorization: A temporary authorization (hold) may appear when you place an order.
Capture (Final Charge): We capture payment when we issue your digital delivery (license + download link). Physical USB shipment follows via USPS.
Pre-Auth vs. Duplicate Charges: You might briefly see both a hold and a final charge; the hold should fall off automatically per your bank’s timelines (typically 3–7 business days).
5) Order Processing Times
Orders before 1:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri): processed the same business day.
After 1:00 PM PST / weekends / public holidays: processed the next business day.
Digital Delivery: License key, activation code, and download link are sent to your email.
Physical Delivery: A USB installer is shipped via USPS (delivery up to 3 business days, U.S. only).
6) Fraud Screening & Verification
To protect customers and our platform, we use automated and manual fraud screening:
AVS/CVV/3-D Secure (where supported) may be required.
We may contact you for additional verification (e.g., confirming billing address or order details).
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we deem high-risk or unverifiable.
7) Declined or Failed Payments
If your payment is declined:
Confirm card number, expiry, CVV, and billing address match your bank’s records.
Ensure sufficient funds and enable e-commerce/international transactions with your bank.
Try another card or Apple Pay/Google Pay.
